About Us

Gallant Gamers is a casual, open, fun, and positive community that focuses on fundraising for 501(c)(3) charities through various online platforms while building an organization that fosters a sense of family. When we come together there is nothing we cannot achieve. We do more than game, together. 

Since June 2016 we have focused on working with creators who have a passion for helping others. We believe in empowering individuals in the gaming community to make a difference in the world regardless of their community size. We conduct our tournaments and charity fundraising events with integrity, accountability, and honest communications with the support of organizations, volunteers, and donors. We are committed to quality fundraising and support for our partners and streamers.

Code of Conduct

‍‍Gallant Gamers is dedicated to keeping a harassment-free community for everyone, regardless of gender, gender identity and expression, sexual orientation, disability, physical appearance, body size, age, race, political views or religion. We do not tolerate harassment in any form.

This code of conduct applies to all Gallant Gamers’ spaces, including streaming channels, social media channels, discord, guilded, or other community spaces both online and off. Anyone who violates our community guidelines may be placed on probation or expelled from the community at the discretion of Gallant Gamers leadership.Some Gallant Gamers’ spaces may have additional rules in place, which will be made clearly available to participants. Participants are responsible for knowing and abiding by these rules.

Gallant Gamers members must not engage in harassment or hate speech in any form. This includes, but is not limited to: 

  • Hate speech, offensive behavior, or verbal abuse related to sex, gender identity and expression, sexual orientation, race, ethnicity, disability, physical appearance, body size, age, or religion.
  • Stalking or intimidation (physically or online).
  • Spamming, raiding, hijacking, or inciting disruption of streams or social media.
  • Posting or threatening to post other people’s personally identifying information (“doxing”).
  • Unwelcome sexual attention. This includes, unwelcome sexualized comments, jokes, and sexual advances.
  • Advocating for, or encouraging, any of the above behavior.

If any form of harassment of hate speech is conducted by a Gallant Gamers member they will be immediately removed and banned for life on all platforms. We have a ZERO tolerance policy on any of the above actions.

Disputes Between Members

Gallant Gamers recognizes that members may meet in real life or connect in other communities and disputes may occur. Disputes outside of Gallant Gamers’ official spaces should be resolved to the best of the individuals’ abilities. If a dispute causes a disruption to the community, the responsible individual or individuals could be subject to disciplinary action which includes being placed on probation or expulsion from the community. Any and all problems or questions regarding disputes should be sent immediately to Gallant Gamers leadership team and will be reviewed on a case by case basis to determine community impact and appropriate action. 

‍Stream Team Guidelines aka “Knight”

‍The Gallant Gamers Stream Team is an official team of streamers who represent Gallant Gamers during charity fundraising events and tournaments. Each Knight agrees to adhere to the community policy at all times in all spaces. 

Qualifications for Knighthood:

  • 18 years or older
  • Camera mandatory, unless otherwise stated
  • Must go through application & interview process
  • Participates in at least 1 event per quarter 
    • Charity or tournament
    • All content created during charity events must be made with young adult viewing in mind. 
  • Post GG Information Panel on channel bio with link to GG
  • Join the Team on Twitch
  • Join the Team on Tiltify
  • Be a guest on the podcast within 1st year

Tournament Participation

Gallant Gamers’ tournaments are dedicated to raising awareness and funds for charity. While tournaments are competitive we will not tolerate toxic behavior. For tournaments we follow the ESL code of conduct. Every participant has to conduct themselves with respect towards the representatives of the Gallant Gamers and their viewers, partners and other players. This applies to behavior in-game, in chat, messengers, comments and other media. 

We expect players to conduct themselves according to the following values:

  • Compassion – Treat others as you would be treated
  • Integrity – Be honest, be committed, play fair
  • Respect – Show respect to all other participants including teammates, competitors, and event staff
  • Courage – Be courageous in competition and in life, standing up for what is right
